Description: |
The Integrated Logbook component is the analog opposite to the CSV Data Feed component. It effectively takes any number of inputs, and when enabled, records all inputs in a single row of data in the specified external CSV data file. Output values represent the current state of the output file, such as the number of items per row, the number of rows written and the enabled flag - indicating a write operation. If using this control with the data feed control, utilize the output value of the data feed control to know when the data feed operation has reached the end of the input file. The value of false disables further writing. Also, custom logic dictate when write operations take place. Consider combining outputs from the system time component to record event time for each row. When reset occurs the file is overwritten and recording starts again at the top. Specify the output data file target in the component properties dialog box. |
